ZeroFeed helps teams understand working patterns and observed AI-tool usage. There are no individual productivity scores, employee rankings or personal activity reports.
Before anything is collected
Installing ZeroFeed does not enrol you. The app needs an activated team and your agreement. Browser categorisation also has its own agreement. You can pause collection or withdraw in the app.
What stays on your computer
The app observes the foreground application and whether Windows is idle. The extension classifies the active website locally. Coarse categories, timing and temporary app keys are kept locally for up to 28 days.
No page or window titles, full website addresses, prompts, messages, screenshots, typed contents or application names are stored or sent by the ZeroFeed collector. The extension reads the active address transiently to match its website category; it does not read page contents or keep browsing history.
What a team report contains
When a team is activated, the app sends weekly counters to its configured service. Reports combine at least five valid contributions for that team. More AI-tool use or focus time alone does not prove productivity, quality, savings or AI impact.
What this website saves
Company and team names and the team time zone are saved with the organiser’s site account identifier and a private team-link code. These are setup records, separate from work-activity analytics. The site uses private organiser invitations and a necessary sign-in cookie. It does not add third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Joining uses a separate invitation for each installation. It expires after 10 minutes. The receiving service keeps only hashed setup codes and short-lived retry records, removed at startup and within the next hourly cleanup after their 24-hour recovery limit. No employee account or device identifier is added to team activity reports.
A person with a team link can see that company and team’s download page; the link does not grant management or report access. Organiser invitations are single-use and expire after seven days. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days and can be revoked by your ZeroFeed organiser.
Report contacts and email
The website saves the agreed report contact’s name and email address, their email confirmation, team reports, and review and delivery history. Only published reports are available to the team’s verified contact. Private review notes stay in the ZeroFeed review area. Changing the contact removes the previous contact’s report access.
Report notifications use Resend. Messages include the recipient’s address, team context and a private link, with no activity figures or report attachment. Email sign-in links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once; email confirmation links expire after 24 hours. A necessary cookie keeps a verified report reader signed in for up to 30 days. Delivery history records sending and mail-server delivery status, not whether someone read the report.
Pause, withdrawal and removal
Pause stops the app’s collection and uploads. Withdrawal or uninstall removes its local setup and collection data. Team totals already combined cannot be separated into an individual contribution.
About this preview
The installer is an unsigned internal preview. Team joining requires an activated receiving service. Public browser-store installation is still being prepared. No collection starts from completing this website’s company and team form.
